David Segal the London-based New York Times reporter picked up on our story. On being asked to write a piece about the “plight of pubs during the pandemic” he found our website via Google. He phoned me on 11th November and nearly a week later we’d heard nothing and assumed the story had gone cold. Then BOOM! David was back in touch on 17th November and he arranged to visit Stonesfield the next day to interview Steve and I. It was the greyest, coldest day and Stonesfield was NOT looking gorgeous. The next day the paper sent their female (woo!) photographer Mary Turner, to capture these wonderful images.

The article is now out! https://www.nytimes.com/2020/11/28/world/europe/england-.html

The response has been positivley insane. White Horse HQ laptops are smoking’ today. Share sales, Crowdfunding, and website donations are all UP. This is becoming a reality.

PS I wish I could write as well as David Segal. Thank you ALL for your support
