Cake spectacular raises vital funds

Business was brisk at the cake stall on the bright and sunny morning of Saturday 17th September. We wondered if the cake rush of 2020 may have died away, but Stonesfield - you didn’t disappoint us. There was a delicious array of cakes, locally grown produce and jams/chutneys a magnificent £626 was raised for campaign costs.

No surprises, there’s also a long list of people to thank for this, including organisers Nicky and Helen and everyone who generously contributed something for us to sell, customers who bought and the team of volunteers who did the work beforehand and served on the day.
